    Description

    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and a proven track record of successful implementation and support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
    • Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements within the Oracle HCM framework.
    • Configure Oracle HCM applications to support business processes and requirements.
    • Provide support and guidance to end-users during the implementation process.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle HCM with other systems and applications.
    • Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.
    • Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and new features, and provide recommendations for optimization and enhancement of the system.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM modules.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules.
    • Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
    • Oracle HCM certification(s) are a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
