As a Kitchen Helper at
MC no 3152 Situated at College Road, Infront of State bank of India, Rupnagar, Punjab, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality snacks to our customers.

Training will be provided for 15 days to help you develop the skills needed for success in this role. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team at

Responsibilities:

Lead the culinary team in preparing and cooking highquality dishes.
Create and develop innovative menu items that align with the restaurant's concept.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and equipment maintenance.
Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality.
Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows and enhance efficiency.
Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Oversee food presentation to ensure exceptional guest experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude towards teamwork.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the designated schedule.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
