E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on Indiamart portal
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Analyze sales data and trends to improve product visibility and sales performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Executive or similar role
- Proficiency in the Indiamart portal and other eCommerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Salary:
Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Experience:
- Ecommerce: 2 years (required)
- Indiamart: 1 year (required)
