Responsibilities for Accounting & Finance Recruiter

  • Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job openings
  • Utilizes social media and other tools to source and isolate qualified applicants
  • Notifies applicants of consideration or rejection
  • Works closely with leadership across the organization to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Full lifecycle recruiting of Accounting/Finance professionals in the US
  • Consulting with managers on hiring needs and priorities

Qualifications for Accounting & Finance recruiter

  • Knowledge of finance in financial services (a plus)
  • Understanding trends and issues in the talent marketplace

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
