Looking for Corporate Recruiter

Minimum 3 years experience into Non-IT Recruitment related to E-commerce, accounts, digital marketing

CTC upto 4.8 lpa

5.5 working days

Work from office

Location - Udyog vihar, gurgaon phase 3

Salary: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
  • Understand the industry and environment the business operates in
  • Build a strong talent pipeline.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
