    Description

    Overview:
    Seeking a motivated individual to join our Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic as a Floor Manager cum Medical Assistant. Responsibilities include front desk management, patient interaction, administrative duties, business development, and medical assistance during procedures.


    Key Responsibilities:
    1.


    Front Desk Management:
    Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.


    Patient Interaction:
    Build relationships, explain services, create packages. 2.


    Patient Interaction and Relationship Building:
    Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients. Explain available services, treatments, and procedures. Create customized service packages . 3.


    Administrative Duties:
    Invoicing, record-keeping, inventory management


    4 Medical Assistance:
    Assist the doctor during procedures. Prepare treatment rooms. Provide support to patients before, during, and after procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.


    Business Development:
    Proactively identify opportunities to drive business growth and increase patient engagement. Implement marketing strategies. Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Good knowledge of Hindi and English languages Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferably in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and patients. Basic knowledge in computer applications.
