Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, maintaining an active and consistent online presence.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media to build a strong online community.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on social media campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to adapt and improve our social media strategy.
  • Conduct research on our target audience, competitors, and industry trends to inform content planning and strategy.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions.


Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines and complies with legal and ethical requirements.


Bring a creative and innovative perspective to our social media efforts, suggesting new ideas and strategies to enhance our online presence.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creative and engaging content creation.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Basic graphic design skills and the ability to create and edit visual content.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • A passion for digital marketing and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for the company's mission and brand
Internship duration 6 to 12 months.

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
