Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our customer relationship management system, ensuring that customer data is accurate and uptodate.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies that allow for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized messaging.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that customer inquiries and complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM strategies, making necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay uptodate on industry trends and developments.
  • Assist with other related duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in CRM management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹9, ₹32,835.02 per month

  • Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
