Job Purpose:
: The Organisation wholesale and retail trader in Textile market, mainly focused on B2B Business.

The organisation has its operations spread in Mumbai.


Accounts Executive provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.

Also responsible to maintain the office routine accounting task and keep it running smoothly.

  • Responsible for Vendor Invoice Booking and Payments in Tally ERP

Responsibilities:


  • Validate Invoices received for compliance as per GST, approved purchase Rate and approval
  • Responsible for effecting payments of approved Invoices thru NEFT/RTGS,
  • Responsible for daily filing of invoices and payment vouchers
  • Liaise with banks for day to day banking operations.
  • Responsible for preparing calculations of Statutory Payments like PF, ESIC, PT and TDS
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS of Sales, Purchases, Outstanding Debtors with aging
  • Responsible for maintaining Petty Cash disbursal, replenishment and accounting entry
  • Responsible for preparation of Monthly Bank and General Ledger Reconciliation
  • Responsible for basic preparation of Accounting Schedules for Statutory/Tax Audit
  • Responsible for preparation of basic calculations for GST Returns working
  • Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Managing the daytoday operations of the office
  • Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Good knowledge of Accounting Entries


Requisite Skills:
Working knowledge of Tally ERP data Entry

Good interaction and communication skills

Must be self-motivated.


Desired Skills:

Can work under pressure.

Ready to take more responsibility and grow in career.


Relevant
Min 1 Years to 3 years' experience in Accounts handling.

Work time 10.00 to 7.30 PM

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
