Sales Trainer

CTC - Up to 6 Lakhs

Job Description

  • Provide sales training to the UG/PG Students
  • Provide to in brief knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Provide training to students for various sales and marketing methodologies
  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drivealong with senior representatives.
  • Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
  • Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
  • Coordinates with other sales trainers and sales managers.
  • Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
  • Hires and onboards new sales trainees.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Skills required

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in a sales position is a plus
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including inperson activities and webbased learning
  • Handson experience with elearning platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities
Education - MBA in Sales and Marketing


Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
