- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes and workflows.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Implement best practices for integration development and maintain documentation.
- Continuously monitor integrations for performance and scalability improvements.
- Provide support and assistance to endusers regarding integrationrelated inquiries and issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of integration development processes.
- Stay updated on Workato platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Indepth knowledge and handson experience with Workato platform.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with bug tracking and resolution processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Workato certification (preferred).
