We're Hiring Customer Services Executive for Ecommerce Company


Qualification:
HSC or Any graduate

Experience: 2yrs - 5yrs Customer Services Voice Experience (International bpo customer services voice experience preferable)


Process:
Voice Process (Ecommerce)


Shift Timing:
Day Rotational Shifts


Skill Required:
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skill


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers
- needs to achieve satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Day rotational shift (7 am -11pm ) any 9 hrs6 days working - 1 day rotational off


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Services Voice: 1 year (preferred)

  • Ecommerce Customer service Voice: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (preferred)
