    Job Description :

    • Experience :
    • - Total Years of Experience: 8+ yrs
    • - Technical Experience on BMC Helix: 2+ yrs
    • - Technical Experience on BMC or any other ITSMs: 8+ yrs
    • - Project Management Experience: Minimum 1+ yrs

    Size of Team Handled in a Project: 3+

    • Qualification/ Certifications :
    • - Educational Qualification: Graduate
    • - Technical Qualification: ITIL, BMC Helix Certified

    Following BMC Helix Technology Modules are being deployed in the Project from BMC:

    • - Discovery, DWP Advanced - Active User License, ServiceDesk Concurrent User License, ITSM Service Optimization - Concurrent User License, ITSM Suite User License, Virtual Agent User Pack, IPAAS Platform, IPAAS Template Bundle, Operations Management Event Management for Servers, Operations Management AIOPS Add-on for Servers, Multi-cloud broker, Client Management Non SAAS, BMC Professional Services Implementation.
    • - BMC is carrying out the Implementation, hence the Profile's role is to Monitor, Engage, Govern, Advice, Report for the Project Success as a SPOC for Bank's Multi-stakeholder conversations. BMC will have their own Project Manager and Project Implementation Team.

    Overall Expectations:

    • 1. Non-Technical:
    • - Experience and Exposure to handle Projects in the role of Project Manager or Project Lead.
    • Basically, the candidate should have good communication skills with an experience to handle a small team and engage with multiple stakeholders to get the job done.
    • This includes, People Management, Multi-Stake Holder Management, and Reporting Skills.
    • 2. Technical:
    • - The candidate should have worked extensively on BMC Remedy and Helix versions - configuring SLA Modules, API's, Monitoring Tools, Incident, and Service Request workflows, Reporting Dashboards etc.

    Project Tenure: 6 Months. Can be extended further, on need basis

    Project Location:

    • Primary: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
    • Secondary: May have to operate occasionally from J B Nagar (in Andheri, Mumbai) as required for meetings.

    Note: Work from Home facility is not available
