Responsibilities:

Your prime responsibility as a Fixed Income Middle office India team is to provide support to portfolio managers globally and indulge in activities such as attribution performance reporting and analyzing the analytics data for the Fixed Income asset management business and working very closely with portfolio managers/desk and Fixed-Income risk management team.
You must have attention to detail and good fixedincome knowledge, awareness of the risks involved and an ability to work under pressure and strict adherence to meet the deadlines of business, PM, and desk.
Responsibility for Maintenance of static data within the system, performance data validation, reconciliation, and monthly performance reporting to Muni Desk/PM.
Start of Days Checks on fixed income analytics to validate the exceptions which has breached the predefined threshold and notify the desk with our findings.
Responsibility will include validation of attribution/performance reports to PM team.
Manage deliverables while servicing all requests from Performance analysis group.
Analyzing the valid exceptions data and working closely with fixedIncome risk management team.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

MBA/Post Graduation would be advantageous, IMC/CFA/CIPM would be advantageous
Certification on financial products would be advantageous and 715 years of relevant experience

**Skillsets: - Knowledge of Fixed income product, Basic knowledge about the securities market and different financial products

Banking Operations experience is required with exposure to performance reporting to PM and business will be beneficial.
Must be highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines, Client focused & having risk awareness, Needs excellent attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism
Excellent MS skills ideally to macro level, You Should have worked on projectbased tools like Alteryx, Unqork and Python and have some exposure to Bloomberg

Competencies:

You should be able to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization, Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, PC Skills required:
MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.

Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional/geographical teams, Result oriented, accepting responsibilities and challenges that take them outside their comfort zone
Control orientated and highrisk awareness, You are required to have meticulous attention to detail, Uses selfinitiative & readily questions.
