An Office Assistant's responsibilities include
taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners.
They help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
- Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, virtual assistantor in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of "backoffice" computer systems (ERP software)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
