Job Purpose


To manage and drive mobility acquisition for Enterprise Segment in order to attain smooth customer experience and operation excellence in allocated cluster.


Drive mobility acquisition through NCP, CP and Retail Team to show growth in terms of subscriber base, customer experience, market share whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms.

Coordination with different internal teams and Segment vertical to bridge any gap in overall operations.


Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Deliver the detailed budget for enterprise on financial metrics
  • Deliver on Overall OB targets
  • To improve the number of new products / new logos sold across SA vertical
  • Pipeline and Sales process adherence
  • Ensure ADP's and WCS to be completed
  • To have a 90% forecasting accuracy to the original monthly forecast and to achieve bad debt goals by end of the financial year

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Strong enterprise channel management & distribution experience

Analytical & Presentation skills with strong technical knowledge

Strong communication skills with digital mind-set


Must have technical / professional qualifications
10-12 years plus of Enterprise sales management

5-8 Years of team handling experience.
