    Description

    Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Providing innovative solutions on the tooling andequipment requirement for manufacturing electrolyzer componentassembly and testing activities across the various requirement inIndia.
  • Provides ongoing training and educationto the team to ensure its ability to execute the Company and teamgoals and objectives.
  • Builds a strongdevelopment team by ensuring effective coaching and counselingemployees planning monitoring and appraising jobresults.
  • Work closely with engineering andprocess teams to understand product specifications and designtooling solutions that align with those requirements.
  • Design develop and optimize tools fixtures molds and diesused in manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure thatthe developed tools are efficient costeffective safety and meetquality standards.
  • Utilize computeraideddesign (CAD) software to develop and visualize toolingconcepts.
  • Collaboration is key to ensuringthat tools are compatible with process requirement for achievingdesired outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate andanalyse manufacturing processes to identify opportunities forimprovement in efficiency cost reduction enhanced safety andquality enhancement.
  • Propose and implementmodifications to existing tools and processes to optimize safetyand production.
  • Conduct testing and validationof new tools and equipment to ensure they meet performancereliability and safety standards. This may involve conducting FATat vendor place prior to dispatch of the tool and SAT afterinstallation and commissioning.
  • Collaboratewith product designers and manufacturing engineers to createprototypes and test new tooling concepts before fullscaleproduction.
  • Collaborating with ProcessEngineers and Production Engineers during the validation and trialsof the equipment and process.
  • Provide supportfor troubleshooting issues related to tooling diagnose problems andimplement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintainoptimal production efficiency. Additionally they developmaintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that tools remain ingood working condition.
  • Responsible for theavailability of the tool and accountable for the periodicmaintenance of the tool by collaborating withmaintenance.
  • Work within budget constraints todevelop costeffective tooling solutions without compromising safetyquality and performance.
  • Maintain thoroughdocumentation of tooling designs specifications and procedures.Ensure that tooling processes and equipment comply with industrystandards regulations and safety protocols.
  • Provide training and support to production personnel onthe proper use of tools and equipment. This includes educatingoperators on best practices safety protocols and maintenanceprocedures to maximize efficiency and safety.
  • Stay updated on industry trends new materials andadvanced tooling techniques. Continuous learning and professionaldevelopment are essential for staying competitive.
  • Communicates Effectively by speaking clearly andexpressing him herself or themselves well in groups; conveysinformation in a clear and concise manner; conveys information in amanner which different audiences can understand.

    • Education & WorkExperience:

  • Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical with min 10years of experience is preferred.
  • Preferredhaving work experience in Automobile sector or semiconductorindustry or EV/Battery manufacturing industry or Green Hydrogenindustry.
  • Experience indesign and development of SPMs ManufacturingLine Automations Jigs and Fixtures chemical processing equipment ispreferred.
