We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our company's products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, keeping track of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the business network.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Good understanding of the Indian market and business landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
