    Description

    Position Description:

    Responsibilities:

    •Responsible for setting up the support process for customer onboarding

    •Manage all the Project customers platform incidents and issues

    •Drive priority incidents by engaging business, development and infrastructure teams

    •Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality

    •Provides technical support

    •Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support

    •Analyzing and monitor performance bottlenecks and key metrics to optimize software and system performance

    •Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model

    •Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups

    •Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor

    •Should be able to interact and work with multi-site development teams

    •Should be quick and pro-active in responding to queries

    •Should work as a team player

    Requirements:
    4-8 Years of experience - ,Kubernetes, SQL(Any DB) ,Cloud ,ci/cd ,PostgreSQL)
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
