  • Proactive creation and development of customer relationships
  • Existing Maintenance Contract timely, Conversion, Renewal & Recapture.
  • Responsible for timely sales collection.
  • Renegotiation expiring contract proactively.
  • Respond and Resolve Cancellation Risk, Monitor and Resolve Suspended Contract.
  • Defend Price escalation and resolve issue.
  • Handling team grievances and provide immediate response.
  • Responsible for customer requirement with evaluating of market.
