Oracle Financing Division provides Oracle and its distribution partners financing and leasing acquisition solutions for Oracle products and services, and solutions build upon Oracle.

Brief Description ; This position is responsible for various finance functions to support OFD globally with objective to centralize and simplify processes.

This position will work closely with OFD Operations, Controllers, and other Finance teams to ensure OFD transactions are processed and recorded timely and accurately.


Detailed Description:


  • Centralize, standardize and automate processes to improve efficiencies
  • Booking (AR Adjustment Reporting) and Support Renewals
  • Funding (Cash Applications, Collections liaison, invoice recon)
  • Disbursements (Paying Agent, Partner and Mistaken Payments.)
  • Administered Payments
  • Coordinate with Oracle divisions (Controllers & Order to Cash Processing Team) to resolve reconciliation issues and deal disputes.
This includes a broad range of responsibilities, such as:


  • Review OFD Contracts and Oracle Financial Systems to identify discrepancies and errors
  • Perform deal analysis with instructions to resolve any outstanding invoice, unapplied cash, and accounting entries errors
  • Develop and Implement new processes for Clouds/NetSuite deals and work on multiprojects, including:
  • Establish servicing to manage collections of Clouds warehoused transactions
  • Administer receivable balance and tracking/posting of payments received
  • Record interest income and perform GL reconciliation
  • Play a key role in OFD technology projects to improve and automate processes in transaction flow and reporting.
  • Integrate with Oracle Global Process Owners
  • Drive OFD Finance System projects
  • Establish and manage to metrics
  • Perform special projects supporting the global business

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance/accounting; MBA degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience in finance/operations; Experience in Order to Cash is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic finance concepts (such as discounting cash flows, net present value, internal rate of return, etc) including intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to think analytically, problem solve and focus attention to detail
  • Strong English written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with Customer services
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and able to work independently
  • Experience with systems and/or process improvement projects
