Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
Strategically plan EVENT activity and manage society and garden events franchise Areas.

Manage & Perform at least 7-8 events per day and generates converts.

Keep track of Lead Generation through various events.

Train Interns for performing the events and day-to-day reporting on the

event, lead generated, on-spot converts.

Conduct surveys and find spots for societies and garden events.

Negotiate with the society' Chairman or stakeholders for approval on

conducting events.

Arrange Roadshows and promotions for New Franchise.

Supervise, coach and train on the event workforce.

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness of targets.

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement

improvements.

Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Implement system changes and give suggestions for the betterment of the

system

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research on rival products.
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
