Responsibilities:
Patient Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for cancer patients and their families, offering emotional support, answering questions, and providing guidance.
Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other support services
Education and Advocacy:
Educate patients and families about cancer diagnoses, treatment options, and potential side effects.
Provide information about resources, support groups, and counseling services available to patients and their families.
Documentation and Communication:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. Communicate with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure everyone is informed about treatment plans and updates.
Support Services Coordination:
Coordinate supportive care services such as nutrition counseling, physiotherapy management, and psychological support, support between workshops
Quality Assurance:
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the patient's experience and ensure adherence to best practices in cancer care.
Patient Advocacy:
Advocate for patient needs and preferences within the healthcare team, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Relevant experience in oncology, patient coordination, or cancer care coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and compassion.
Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in maintaining records and using software such as Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated ability to lead with compassion and empathy.

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,101.94 per month
