  • Solar Business Developement**
    Position:1

Reports to:

AGM

Travel:
Extensive


Experience:
3-6 years, experience in a similar role in Solar / Electrical is desired


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Appointing and evaluating distributors in various districts of UP
  • Directly responsible for generating leads through channel sales for modules
  • Ensure thorough follow up, documentation and detailed discussions with prospective customers.
  • Ensure daily reporting of meetings, status of those meetings and next steps.
  • Always be ready with plan ahead for next week/month.
  • Ensure follow up with customers for payments and ensuring a healthy feedback is gathered at all times.
  • Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, incentives etc.
  • Gather information from prospective customers and market trends to identify the trends in the market
  • Provide technical information about modules and services to potential customers or dealers.
  • Collate best practices of one distributor and populate it across the region

Requirements:


  • Educational requirement: Graduate ( BE/B Tech preferred)
  • Experience in channel sales in solar/ electrical preferred

  • Good communication skills
  • Networking and relationship management with clients
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work and learn fast in a demanding environment
  • Attention to detail is a must

Pay:
₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • South East, NEW Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
