Description

Job Profile:
Customer Service, Resolving Partner and Client Queries, Deepening relations with internal and external stake holders


KRA:

  • Manage the B2B partners & investors, which includes onboarding B2B Partners / their investors, provide assistance in documentation / processes / transactions / query resolution i.e., provide end to end support
  • Recommend process improvements to constantly optimise operations
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals
  • Ability to follow procedures and established processes to perform varied routine and nonroutine tasks

Qualification & Experience:
1-3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) Proficiency in using MS Office, especially MS Excel Strong Analytical skills Graduate / Post Graduate


Salary:
₹9, ₹33,392.19 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
