Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the crossfunctional team to brainstorm and develop concepts for new and existing products.
  • Create sketches, renderings, and prototypes to visualise design ideas and concepts.
  • Utilize 3D CAD software to develop detailed models and specifications that meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are feasible and meet technical specifications.
  • Conduct user studies and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to incorporate into designs.
  • Communicate and present design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, including user manuals and specifications.

Requirements:


Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Good technical aptitude and communication skills.
  • Good problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable.
  • Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Should be able to travel for business purposes.
  • Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Auto desk Fusion 360).
  • Excellent sketching and rendering skills to communicate design ideas visually.
  • Ability to create physical prototypes using various materials and techniques.

Expected Qualification:


  • Completed Bachelor or Master degree with
    minimum 7.

0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:

  • Industrial Design
  • Product Design
  • Freshers are eligible to apply
  • Maximum
    total experience should not exceed
    1 year.

Benefits:


  • Salary: INR 25,000/month for Bachelors degree holders and INR 30,000/month for Master degree holders in the first 6 months probation period.
