LinkedPhone is a growing startup in Hyderabad looking for a talented and experienced Lead Developer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology, leading the development of our mobile app (built with Flutter) and backend infrastructure (utilizing J2EE with Java Servlets and web sockets).

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Provide technical guidance and direction, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Project Management:
Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.
Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adapt plans as needed.
Full-Stack Development:
Work independently and collaboratively to design, develop, and deploy high-quality features for both our mobile app (Flutter) and backend systems (J2EE).
Possess a strong understanding of full-stack development, including HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, and
Vision and Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Play a key role in defining the long-term vision for LinkedPhone's technology roadmap.
Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with Unix shell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile and web development.

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in the software development industry.
Strong experience with Flutter for mobile app development.
In-depth knowledge of J2EE architecture with Java Servlets and web sockets.
Solid understanding of full-stack development (HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, ).
Experience with Unix shell scripting.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
Passion for building innovative and user-friendly applications.

Bonus Points:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Prior experience in a startup environment.
