Admission Counselor


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct informational meetings and campus tours with prospective students and their families.
• Evaluate prospective students' academic and personal qualifications for admission.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process.
• Participate in recruitment events and activities, both on and off campus.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in college admissions counseling or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of student recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Familiarity with admissions policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
