Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive brand audits to assess current brand positioning, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Develop strategic brand positioning recommendations based on market research and analysis.
Create brand identity elements such as logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines.
Craft brand messaging frameworks and brand voice guidelines for consistency across channels.
Develop brand activation plans including marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and etc.), events, and promotions.
Provide guidance on digital branding strategies, including website design and social media presence.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to track the effectiveness of brand strategies.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (X years) working in brand consulting, marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of brand development principles and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in branding software/tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Certification in brand management or related areas is a plus.
