IT Change Compliance Monitor - India - Diebold Nixdorf
Description
Position Overview:
Manages IT technology and service change processes.
Ensures that IT / technology additions and modifications are carried out in a manner that addresses risk, supports customer service and leads to improved business productivity and efficiency.
Ensures change initiatives are performed according to ITSM / ITIL standards, are within budget and managed according to established priorities and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Change Monitoring and Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation for financial system changes and document the necessary evidence and maintain in the central Teams repository
Audit compliance
- Prepare monthly audit reports for SAP and Oracle systems
- Consolidate and provide change reconciliation evidence for periodic audit requests from internal and external audit teams
File Integrity Monitoring Systems Liaison
- Coordinate with Tripwire Expert Ops MSEs and DN SMEs for:
- Installation and health monitoring of endpoint software agents with applicable system administrators on targeted nodes
- Discovery and documentation of monitoring requirements with technical and business owners of systems requiring monitoring
- Configuration and distribution of file integrity monitoring reports on the targeted systems
- Coordinate removal of nodes from monitoring reports upon server decommission
- Maintain FIM tracking spreadsheet current and initiate action to resolve gaps between documentation, reports, and requirement
- Work with business representatives as liaison for Cloud Based audit log development and documentation
- Analysis and modifications of SAP Transport automated reports per Internal Controls requirements for targeted SOX compliant systems
Server Maintenance for Applicable Systems
- Ensure availability, vulnerability remediation, Certificate Renewals, and overall administration for Tripwire (onprem) and Micro Focus PPM tools
Required Skillsets:
- Must be able to work independently, without direct supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Planner, and ability to learn audit reporting systems such as Onspring, Oracle EPM, SailPoint, etc.
- Strong skills in DN IT Ticketing System (SMAX) navigation, especially the Change Management Module
- Strong analysis, communication, and organizational skills
- Indepth understanding of ITIL processes
- Basic proficiency in Project Management and Business Analytics
Additional Desired Skills:
- Power BI
- Reporting, Building relationships, Scripting, Incorp tables, etc.
- Server Certificate maintenance
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and 46 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
