Job description:

Responsibilities:

Develop 3D models, animations, and visualizations for various projects.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all designs are accurate and meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with 3D models and animations as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D design software and techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
Present 3D designs to clients and make changes based on client feedback.
Good communication skills. Ability to learn new software quickly.
Minimum experience of 2 years in architectural 3D.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design skills.
Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, and Cinema 4D.
Knowledge of other 3D design software, such as ZBrush, Mudbox, and Substance Painter, is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with a team.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in creating 3D models for animation, or virtual reality is a plus.
Certification courses in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Rhino.
