    StatWide is a Pune-based company that specializes in AI-enabled customer engagement and growth solutions for businesses. We offer product analytics tools that help businesses understand their customers, optimize their product offerings, and better engage with their users.     We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in building robust and intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and user experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend engineers, to design and implement responsive and user-friendly web applications.
    • Develop high-quality, reusable code components using React and other modern frontend technologies.
    • Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the frontend development process.
    • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement and maintain a cohesive and visually appealing design system.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, collaborating with the QA team to conduct thorough testing.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
    • Strong proficiency in React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (LESS).
    • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
    • Solid understanding of design principles and user experience.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with backend technologies and frameworks.
    • Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack.
    • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
    • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
    • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
