Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve company goals.

Business Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across multiple locations.

Financial Management: Manage financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.

Team Building and Development: Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional development and career growth.

Brand Development: Build and enhance the company's brand image through innovative marketing and branding strategies. Develop partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and awareness.

Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint. Implement measures to gather feedback and continuously improve service quality.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify and mitigate business risks proactively.

Financial Planning:Communicate with investors & stakeholders with effective financial planning, reaching goals and vision of the company.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO or CXO, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for food and commitment to quality and innovation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Master's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹120, ₹200,000.00 per month
