Position AutoCAD Draughtsman

Experience 1-5 years

Location Thane

Position Reporting to Manager -Design


Salary Upto 30 k

Job Summary:


The role will provide crucial support to the Design team in terms of detail design also R&D Team in terms of Developing detail design.

Key Result Areas:

  • Develop detail design, layout or detail components and systems and resolve design or other problems
  • Analyze specifications,drawings,ideas and data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
  • Develop detailed designs for mechanical equipment and controls.
  • Provide details on component descriptions.
  • Review and analyze specifications.
  • Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for Scomponents or machinery.
  • Correct operating deficiencies.
  • Draft technical details.
  • Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
  • Use Computer Aided Design and Drafting systems to prepare drawings.
  • Prepare variations of design.
  • Explain concepts to manufacturers.
  • Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications

C. Key Activities

  • Document and data control pertaining to the department.
  • Drafting structural design of tanks, roof, nozzles and layouts
  • To amend any drawing based on discussions & markup.
  • Fabrication Drawings checking and dispatch to the factory for fabrication.
  • To Prepare bill of raw material.

  • Knowledge of engineering standards for drawings

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Educational:


  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Draughtsman
  • Good command on AutoCAD2D, 3D software i.e. Inventor or Solid works

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
