Position Summary

  • The Campaign Manager will also need to have handson experience managing the execution of a campaign. From creating the timeline to managing the budget to working on different campaign channels like social media, digital, event and print to consolidating and analysing the campaign performance.

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement

Essential

  • Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organisation's pattern of communication and our client's motivation
  • 79 years' experience in content creation and marketing communication
  • Experience in planning, producing and publishing website content
  • Experience in writing and editing longformat content for the web and digital platforms (for example, LinkedIn blogs and newsletters)
  • MS Office — Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times
  • Project management skills

Desirable

  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience of working within a B2B brand
  • Experience of key topics emerging in the consultancy and digital landscape
  • Experience of working with website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Understanding about the keywords and other SEO practices
  • Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, gotomarket priorities, target audiences, differentiators, and other aspects
  • Create and manage sales collaterals and toolkit development from scratch including conducting kick off call with the BMC leader and other stakeholders to discuss agenda, sales toolkit development lifecycle and timelines etc.
  • Develop robust project plans around gotomarket initiatives and work with stakeholders to obtain buyin and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps
  • Work with internal teams to leverage across knowledge, creative, technology and sector teams among others
  • Ad hoc request management/execution: Support the BMC team in other administrative tasks related to programs.
