Meps Packaging is a renowned name in thermocol packaging industry & has been in this trade for last 25 years, located at Gazhiabad, UP, Delhi NCR.

Operations - Manufacturing

Ø Supervisory and technical guidance skill with experience in managing production workers team. Oversee the thermocol production process, Develop and make document effective manufacturing processes that meet design and quality requirements.

Experience in production scheduling, planning, direction and coordinate scheduling and production activities based on sales demand to achieve quality products completely on time.

Planning employees shifts and work schedules.

Ø Strong communication skills. Lead all subordinates in establishing a work plan and staffing for each consignment. Collaborate team activities and see till project completion. Cross-training between self and within divisions.

Ø Experience in production management, with a focus on quality control and adherence to deadlines. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a production environment. Ensure completion of all reporting and records & updates.

Ø Troubleshoot skill, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action as needed.

If needed, assist in programming of injection molding, overmold and in-mold label installation as well as interaction with advanced automation systems.

Ø Knowledge in plastic/styrofoam industry is preferrable. Should be familiar on company policy & procedures & knowledge of industrial rules & regulations are desirable.

Ø Experience in manufacturing industry with Bachelor's degree in Production Management/ any stream, Computer Savy and knowledge in ERP/SAP is an added advantage.
