Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols specific to sports goods manufacturing, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance on quality control techniques and best practices.
Investigate customer complaints and product returns, identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, such as defect rates, rejection rates, and customer feedback, and develop strategies to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, nonconformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to sports goods manufacturing, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance roles within the sports goods manufacturing industry.
Thorough understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience in implementing quality systems.
Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes used in sports equipment production.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and communicate quality requirements to various stakeholders.

Salary:
₹15, ₹16,000.00 per month
