Job Description

The person will take on theresponsibility for all accounting & finance related tasks at the office. He/she will collaborate and workalongside our existing employees and volunteers in completing the assignedtasks.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy and timelyprocessing of reimbursement claims, vendor invoices, consultant invoices, andother party invoices, ensuring they are correctly accounted for in relevantapplications and paid promptly.

Manage all accounting & financetasks including end-to-end Books of Accounts,bank reconciliation, receipts,vouchers, petty cash, reimbursements, and data entry into Quickbooks / ZohoBooks or Tally.

Handle Accounts Payable and AccountsReceivable, issue receipts for donations, manage statutory payments, and assistin monthly statement of accounts.

Coordinate with auditors for year-endauditing, statutory filings, and donor reporting. Ensure compliance with legaland statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, TDS, PT, GST, FCRA, etc.

Handle employee compensation, benefits,payroll processing, reimbursements, and exit formalities.

Manage office administration, includingdigital assets, inventory tracking, and general inquiries.Collaborate withexisting employees and volunteers to complete assigned tasks effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

2-5 years of relevant work experience infinance, accounting, and administration.

Graduate in B.Com / B.CS or equivalentaccounting degree.

Hands-on experience inQuickbooks/Tally/Zoho Books and MS Office, especially Excel.

Knowledge of statutory payments, donorreporting, and trust/society accounting is advantages.

Skillsand Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.

Resourceful, responsible, andself-starting with the ability to manage data efficiently.

Good English proficiency, computerskills, and knowledge of Zoho Books are desirable.

Female candidates preferred; age limitbelow 35 years.

Remuneration based on the candidate'sprofile upto Rs.4.50 lakhs annually.
