Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, Development, Manufacturing & Follow up of Plastics Injection Molds.
- Solid modeling, Surface Modeling, Parting line Decide & Concept Finalized.
- Electrode Design & Process Design.
- Checking & Creating Detail Drawing For Manufacturing Of Mold /Die Element
- Follow-Up and Tracking the Status of Jobs in Tool Room Design.
- Co-Ordinate with Std. Room for Preparation of Report of Samples of Trails.
- Incoming & in process Inspection of Mold Parts As per Design.
- Analyzing the feasibility of the product before development.
- Product design & drawing creation
- Preparation of product planning and microactivities schedules for the new product development team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate internal reviews with the manufacturing and assembly departments to ensure design is optimal for manufacturability and future maintenance.
- Develop all child components for Assy. Part through Quality Assurance.
- Tool development related to New Product.
- Should be good hand on designing tools i.e Autocad, CREO, Solidwork etc.
- Having 24 Years of experience in Design & Development area.
- Should be graduate/Diploma in Mechanical are
Salary:
₹600, ₹900,000.00 per year
