Job Specifications:
The incumbant must be a Graduate with 5 + years experience in BPO Operations handling Inbound as well as Outbound Sales team and should have excellent articulation skills.
Manage a team of third party call centre agents which includes managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency.
Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals. Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.) Quality check on call along with regular auditsIn case you would like to explore the opportunity please share your profile at your earliest convenience.
