Job Specifications:

The incumbant must be a Graduate with 5 + years experience in BPO Operations handling Inbound as well as Outbound Sales team and should have excellent articulation skills.

Experience from a International BPO or Edtech Background will be preferred.

Manage a team of third party call centre agents which includes managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner  Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency.

 Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.  Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)  Quality check on call along with regular audits
