As a University Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will encompass not only front-line interactions but also administrative tasks crucial to the seamless functioning of the university's daily operations.
- Must have Graduation in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Problemsolving skills to handle diverse inquiries and situations.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in highpressure situations.
- Maintain and update university databases, ensuring accurate records of visitors, events, and appointment
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
