We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Telecaller with a
US accent.

As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the United States. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, promote our products/services, and convert leads into sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States during night shifts.
  • Engage in effective conversations to generate leads and promote products/services.
  • Build rapport with customers and create a positive impression of the company.
  • Provide information about the company's products, services, and promotions.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate followups and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in spoken English with a natural US accent is essential.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers and overcome objections.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift schedule.

Note:
This position requires working during night hours to align with the US time zone.


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
