- Consistently follow Sales processes, targeting, prospecting, branding, collaterals and sales support materials. Set up targets, target achievement, aggressive collection performance. Monthly target to be sent timely.
- Business Plan, monthly forecasting to be prepared timely and followed accordingly.
- Set us sales, service process in organization.
- Market study and pricing work.
- Responsible for building corporate market and handling complete work.
- Research complete database and timely MIS report to be sent.
- Implement company's schemes through its channel partners.
- Manage Sales and handle their problems and solve them.
- Suggest on improvement of services at ground level and increase efficiency.
- Prepare the B2B sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.
- Set demo sessions with the potential customers to convert the same into business.
- Attend and represent the company at local and national meetings.
- On
- Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company's objective and vision.
- Rest day to day work assigned.
