Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients/Offshore Managers, capture project requirements, and translate requirements into actionable next steps.
- Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved keeping workflow on track.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Identify areas of concern within the project's health (accuracy of the deliverable, budget, timeline), organized, and attentive.
- Break projects into doable actions and set time frames.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Coordinate to ensure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Able to manage the development team.
- Willing to learn new about new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and people management skills required.
- Required great communication skills (written and verbal) with presentation.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
- Preferably worked in a similar role, with adequate knowledge of project management tools

₹350, ₹550,000.00 per month
