Responsiblities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets and finacial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial data, identify trende and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principls, policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company's assests.
  • Coordinate and oversee the annual finacial audit process.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business planning and decision making.
  • Manage and mentor a team of accountants and finacce professionals.
  • Liase with external stake holders such as auditos, tax advisors and finacial institutions
  • Stay updated with the inductry trends, accounting standrads and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A Master's is most desired.
  • Proven expereince of Min 5 years as an Accounts Manager or ina similar accounting role.
  • Indepth knowldeg of accounting principl, finacial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
