Description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Operations Generalist cum Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This dual-role position is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will provide comprehensive HR support while simultaneously delivering high-level administrative assistance to Founders.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:


  • Recruiting & Scheduling Interviews for management team
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
  • Facilitate smooth offboarding processes, including exit interviews and the return of company property.

HR Administration:


  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs and liaise with vendors.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HRrelated documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR metrics and reports for management.

Employee Relations:


  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts in collaboration with the HR Director.

Administrative Support:


  • Provide highlevel administrative support to Founders/CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Communication and Coordination:


  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and organize HR team meetings, events, and training sessions

Office Management:


  • Oversee office supplies and equipment management.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.

Qualifications:
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations and/or executive assistance.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
