Description
Manage L1 tickets for all Citrix related products.- Responsible for identifying and solving technical issues related to the Citrix solution.
- Working on tickets and giving fanatical experience to customer and end users.
- Well verse with ITIL framework.
- Proficient with XenApp and XenDesktop 7.19 LTSR and Later versions.
- Shall be able to manage reset user sessions/profiles
- Escalate ticket to next level, monitor and check Citrix alerts.
- Shall know Citrix Director in depth.
- Understanding of PVS and MCS is added advantage.
