Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities will include the following: Acquiring & onboarding new sellers from the market, understanding their checkout requirements, and pitching & selling our product.
- Managing client relationships Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Setting and tracking sales targets for your team.
- Reporting sales metrics and suggest improvement.
- Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region.
- Participate in overall ecommerce B2C services and processing with a focus on improving fulfilment and operational excellence.
- Setting the direction and managing the deliverables of the assigned sales Efforts
- Develop and optimize product models. Monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments and funnels relevant information in the industry.
- Manage and participate in the development and scheduling of special projects such as exhibition, public relations events, promotions, etc.
- Have strong business sense with the ability to drive the growth, directly impact the building of new solutions, services across JD Logistics' growing footprint.
- Provide continuous feedback to management on both successes and challenges of the business.
- Provide input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company's business strategy to advance market share and achieve profitable growth.
- Building alliances with Brands particularly B2C clients.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting (Cold Calling/Outreach, social media, Networking, Events Etc).
Requirements:
- Experience in selling SaaS products & amp; solutions to D2C or ecommerce players will be taken advantage of.
- Expertise in new seller acquisition & amp; client relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills, Strong Customer orientation, Relationship Management and Relationship Networking, Negotiation Skills, Ability to collate and Analyse data, Innovative solution provider, and Strong Interpersonal / Communication skills.
Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
