General Description:


We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

The telesales executive's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls, assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.


Responsibilities:


  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders.
  • Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned as per the business requirements.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Ensuring the delivery of services maintaining the required Quality Standards.
  • Maintain the reports of the work assigned on day to day basis and report to the upline manager.

Skills required:


  • Proficient in English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of operating computer/system.
  • Ability to handle Customers' requirements/queries effectively.
  • Flexible with changing requirements and self-motivated to deliver results on time.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Academic Qualification:


  • Minimum qualification is gradation and above.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
