Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial Lubricants Sales Representative with a proven track record in industrial lubricants.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets within the industrial lubricants industry.

This position requires a strong understanding of industrial lubricants, excellent sales skills, and building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential customers in the industrial sector who require lubricants for their machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, prospecting, and networking activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our industrial lubricants.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized lubricant solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Keep uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and seminars to stay abreast of industry trends and expand professional network.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales within the industrial lubricants field, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships at various levels.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with crossfunctional departments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events and explore new market opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Fixed shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 100% travel
